Pixeledo Beta Version 3 - Halloween

Major update to the game, added a lot of client side feedback and a lot more detail to help tell what is going on. Also added a bunch of Halloween sprites.
- Changed game time to 5 minute max.
- Updated size of the map.
- Added client side feedback to player moves.
- Added/updated creature/weapon/tile/collision sprites.
- Added directional tile sets to map.
- Added creature and tile hp popup when they take damage.
- Added damage effects to screen and hp when you take damage.
- Added/updated collision effects.
- Added more creatures and tile objects.
- Added more settings and stats (fps, ping).
- Changed map tiles on screen from 11 to 9.
- Changed tiles to edge of movement area from 3 to 2.
- Changed max speed of grenades from 4 to 3.
- Changed single flips to double flips.
- Fixed bug when displaying players hp on hud.
- Fixed graphics and scale settings.
- Fixed multiplayer syncing for client side moves.
